Sharing Strategies: One NSF Funded Center
The NSF-CREST Center for Cellular and Biomolecular Machines at the University of California, Merced [a Minority and Hispanic-Serving Institution (MSI, HSI)] is an interdisciplinary federally-funded scientific Center. The Center requires a range of approaches to address NSF annual and CREST-specific reporting, oversight of grant funds, integration of both campus and NSF policies, strategic planning and implementation of plans, programmatic oversight, interactions with affiliates, communications, and Center representation. In this session, we will focus on strategies for successful implementation and execution of the Center’s research, education, outreach, broadening participation, and administrative efforts.
