CREST Scholar and undergraduate student researcher, Brenda Yu, received the Best Oral Presentation Award in the Engineering, Physics, and Math category at the 2018 ABRCMS (Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students). Ms. Yu presented "Biophysical Modeling of Nanoparticles for Localized Drug Delivery Using Focused Ultrasound" from her summer research project at Stanford University.
